We are a specialist company, which means you get properly good at one thing rather than passably competent at nine.
The trade has a reputation problem, and most of it comes from commission structures that reward selling work people do not need. We do not run one. Technicians are not paid a percentage for talking a customer into a jetting job on a line that needed twenty minutes of cable, which means you can give people the honest answer without it costing you money.
The other thing we get asked about is equipment. Every truck carries the full range, cable machines in every size, a jetter, a camera and a locator. You are not driving back to the shop mid-job or apologizing to a customer because the right machine is on somebody else's truck.
What we look for
- Willingness to learn the trade properly, experience welcome but not essential
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check
- Comfort explaining a problem to someone who is having a bad day
- Genuine care about not making a mess of somebody's house
- Reliability, which in this trade counts for more than speed

Is this on-call work?
There is an on-call rotation, because we run 24 hours. It is rotated properly rather than landing on the same person every weekend, and it is paid rather than expected.
