Homes and businesses
Who we serve
Different customers need genuinely different things from a drain company. A homeowner needs it cleared today. A property manager needs it documented.
For a homeowner, the job is straightforward: turn up quickly, tell them honestly what is wrong, charge what was quoted, and do not make a mess of the house. Most of what makes that good or bad is not technical at all.
For a business or a portfolio, the technical work is the same but almost everything around it changes. Scheduling has to fit trading hours. Insurance certificates have to be in place before anyone arrives. Invoicing has to match an accounting system. And everything needs documenting, because decisions get made months later by people who were never on site.

Straight answers
Questions about who we serve
Do you take small residential jobs?
Yes, and they are most of what we do. A single slow bathroom sink is a perfectly normal call and gets the same technician and the same equipment as anything else.
Do you work as a subcontractor for other trades?
Regularly. General and mechanical contractors use us as their drain arm rather than tying up their own crew, and we do not approach their clients afterward.
