Preventive maintenance
The Flow Plan
Every line has a rhythm. Once we have cleaned and cameraed yours, we know which ones need attention annually and which ones you can safely leave alone.
Most drain emergencies are not surprises. They are a line that has been getting narrower for years finally closing, usually at the least convenient possible moment. A busy kitchen line closes in months. A public restroom stack goes about a year. A rarely used guest bathroom might genuinely never need touching.
The Flow Plan puts each line on the interval its own condition justifies rather than selling everyone the same schedule. You get a set price agreed for the term, so it lands in a budget instead of arriving as a surprise, and members go to the front of the queue if something does stop in between.

What members get
- Set price per visit, fixed for the term
- Priority dispatch ahead of the general queue
- No emergency premium at any hour
- A written service history for every line
- Camera footage kept on file as a baseline
How we set your schedule
- Clean and camera everything once to a known baseline
- Rate each line on what the footage actually shows
- Schedule only the lines that warrant it
- Revisit the interval as the history builds
We will not put you on a plan you do not need
If your lines are modern PVC in good condition with light use, we will tell you that a plan is not worth your money. Selling maintenance to someone who does not need it is how you lose them permanently.
Straight answers
Questions about the flow plan
How often will you actually come out?
It depends entirely on what the camera shows and how the property is used. High-volume commercial kitchens are often quarterly. A well-behaved residential main might be every two or three years. We set it off evidence, not off a package tier.
Is this worth it for a normal house?
Frequently not, and we will say so. It earns its keep on older cast iron, on properties with heavy root pressure, on septic, and on anything commercial. On a newer home with no history of trouble, save your money.
