Trenchless drain & sewer repair
Rehabilitating a line from the inside, so the driveway, the patio and the sixty-year-old oak all stay where they are.
Trenchless methods pull or cure a new lining inside the existing pipe, restoring a continuous, jointless interior surface without opening the ground along its length. Access is at the ends rather than the whole run, so a repair under a driveway, a mature landscape bed or a slab becomes a genuinely different proposition.
It is not universally the right answer. Trenchless needs a host pipe with enough structural integrity to line, and it slightly reduces internal diameter, which matters on a line that was marginal to begin with. A fully collapsed section or a badly bellied run still needs excavation. The camera decides, not the sales pitch.

Strong candidate when
- The line runs under a driveway, patio or slab
- Mature landscaping or hardscape sits over the run
- The pipe is cracked or root-invaded but intact
- Access is available at both ends of the run
- Disruption matters more than raw cost
Excavation is the honest answer when
- A section has fully collapsed
- The run has a significant belly that must be re-graded
- The host pipe is too degraded to line
- Diameter is already marginal for the fixture load
We will tell you which one you need
Trenchless is not automatically better and it is not automatically cheaper. It is better at avoiding disruption. We camera first and recommend on what the pipe shows, including recommending you do not do it.

Questions about trenchless repair
Is trenchless cheaper than digging?
Not always on the line item, but frequently on the total, because the total includes replacing a driveway, a patio or landscaping. Where the run is under open lawn, conventional excavation is often the more sensible choice and we will say so.
How long does a lined pipe last?
A properly installed liner is a long-term rehabilitation rather than a patch. The variable is what is underneath it, which is why we will not line a host pipe that a camera shows is too far gone to support one.
